NATIONAL BEARING LUBRICANT SERIES

National Bearing Lubricant series are premium quality, heavy duty solvent refined, paraffinic lubricating oils are primarily intended for lubrication of plain bearings in systems designed for full fluid lubrication such as back-up roll bearings in metal rolling mills. . These oils have outstanding water separation ability, good resistance to thermal degradation and oxidation and provide excellent protection against rust and corrosion. These oils are resistant to the formation of sludge and emulsion and are able to contribute to cleaner filters and systems. The solid contaminants are easily separated by filtration, settling or by centrifuge. These oils have a high viscosity index and good demulsibility that is retained under severe condition of water contamination and are recommended for tank circulation systems

NATIONAL CIRCULATION OIL

National circulation oils are designed to provide efficient and cost effective lubrication of circulation system and machinery. These products are formulated from selected chemically stable base oils in a range of viscosity grades.

NATIONAL CIRCULATING OILS (R & O type)

National Circulation Oils are general purpose, rust and oxidation inhibited circulating oils designed to provide efficient and cost effective lubrication of circulation system and machinery. These products are formulated from high VI oils possessing excellent oxidation stability and lubricity. These products are recommended for use in applications where anti-wear or EP properties are not required.

NATIONAL COMPOUNDED EP GEARLUBE

National compounded EP Gearlube gear lubricants are high performance lubricants containing extreme pressure additives. These lubricants are recommended for use where gears are subjected to heavy load and shock loading.

NATIONAL COMPRESSOR OIL

National Compressor Oils are blended from high quality solvent refined high viscosity index base oils and fortified with special additives. The very low conradson carbon residue ensures the low carbon deposit and trouble free performance. Crown Compressor oils meet the performance requirements of DIN – 51506 VDL. NATIONAL CONCRETE FORM OIL

National Concrete Form Oils are excellent concrete mould release agents. This oil facilitates the easy removal of compounds from the mould without damaging the concrete surface or framework. Neat oils are light coloured, straight mineral oils blend. They do not contain any emulsifier or surface active agents. Compounded oils are the mineral oils containing surface-active polar compound. These additives promote the uniform surface finish and lesser blow holes. Soluble oils contain an emulsifier and can be diluted with water. These products are to be used in non-ferrous moulds.

NATIONAL CUTTING "CUTWELL"

National Cutting oil (Cutwell) has been formulated from premium quality base oils and superior additives. It is used in machines with low to medium tensile ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and alloys. The boundary properties of the high oil content not only provide good machining performance but the ability to leave fluid, corrosion inhibiting oil residues.

NATIONAL EXTREME PRESSURE GEARLUBE

NATIONAL FLUSHING OILS

National Flushing Oil is blended from highly refined paraffinic base oils. This is recommended for flushing the lubricating system of gasoline and diesel engines. The flushing is carried out without load under hot, fast idle conditions for 15 minutes. The flushing is particularly recommended where the preceding oil service period may have been exceeded or the new oils oil change period is to be extended. The flushing removes the residual oil, any oil soluble deposits from engines.

NATIONAL HYDRAULIC OIL AW

National Hydraulic oils are high quality anti – wear type hydraulic oils specially developed to satisfy the wide temperature variations and viscosity range encountered with modern hydraulic systems and meet the requirements of the worlds leading hydraulic equipment manufacturers. These oils can be used for the lubrication of all-high pressure and high-speed vane, piston and gear type hydraulic pumps, and for use in all hydraulic equipment’s operating in extreme temperature conditions.

National Hydraulic oils HVI are high quality anti–wear type, antirust oils to satisfy the wide temperature variations and viscosity range encountered with modern hydraulic systems. These oils are formulated from high viscosity index paraffinic base oils, fortified with anti-wear, antirust, antioxidant and stress stabilizer. NATIONAL TURBINE OILS

National Turbine oils are manufactured from high viscosity paraffinic base – Stocks possessing excellent chemical and oxidation stability and are specially refined to ensure maximum resistance to sludging and emulsification. They are then blended with carefully selected additives such as rust & oxidation inhibitors and anti – foaming agents for a long service life. They are recommended for steam, gas and hydraulic turbine systems.

NATIONAL QUENCHING OILS

National Quenching oils are formulated from high viscosity index paraffin base oils. They are fortified with carefully selected additives to the optimum performance in quenching operations. These oils are used for normal quenching operation on a wide variety of steel parts such as nut and bolts, ball bearings, certain types of brake drums, etc. and meets straight mineral type, grade medium specifications.

NATIONAL REFRIGERATION OIL

National refrigeration oils are premium quality oils for the lubrication of compressors used in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. Crown refrigeration oils are made from special, narrow-cut napthenic base oils with low pour points and Freon floc points. It has low carbon and deposit forming tendencies.

NATIONAL ROCK DRILL OIL

National Rock Drill oils are formulated from highly refined mineral oils, Extreme Pressure, oiliness and tackiness additives, emulsifiers, rust and corrosion inhibitors, and anti-foam agents. This oil is recommended for lubrication of pneumatic equipment such as jackhammers, quarry drills etc.

NATIONAL R.R. DIESEL ENGINE OIL-120D ZINC FREE OIL

National R.R. Diesel engine oil-120 D is a high alkaline reserve oil for medium to high speed heavy duty locomotive/marine diesel engines burning high sulphur distillate fuels. This is special oil developed for engines manufactured by the Electromotive Division of General motors.
